University of Washington® – Alaska Airlines Arena at Hec Edmundson Pavilion
This panorama captures the highly anticipated matchup between the Washington Huskies and the Gonzaga Bulldogs as they play to a packed house at Alaska Airlines Arena. This cross-state rivalry originated in 1910 as a friendly annual competition. As the prominence of these teams grew, the meetings became less frequent with only 19 on-court matchups between 1945 and 2014. The Zags vs. Dawgs rivalry renewed in 2016 with a four-year series played on each team’s campus in alternating seasons.
