HOLIDAY / DECEMBER SHIPPING 

 The Christmas season is by far the busiest time of the year for our company.

Due to the overwhelming amount of orders that we receive each November & December,

it takes much longer to manufacture and assemble our framed prints.

Most items on our website show "Shipping: Typically leaves warehouse in 2-3 business days"

 

*Please Be Aware: The "Typically leaves warehouse" timeframe does not apply during November & December.

Our actual timeframe during November & December is more like 2-3 WEEKS! 

 

This means if you place an order during these months, it can take 2-3 WEEKS for your order to ship!

 

We know that you are excited to receive your pint, but we ask kindly to please be patient during this time of year. Every time that we stop to answer a phone call or email regarding the status of an order, it takes time away from assembling orders. Please know that it will take much longer than normal to receive a response during this time of year. Thank you!

Ground Shipping Most orders ship from our warehouse within 1 to 5 business days. Ground transit time is 1 to 5 days after it leaves our warehouse depending on your location. Therefore you can plan to receive most orders within 10 business days. Prints will ship via Fedex to locations in the United States. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Express Shipping  (less time in transit)

Shipping via Express or Overnight does not guarantee your order will leave our warehouse any sooner but does reduce the time in transit after leaving our warehouse. Most items ship from Florida, so Express shipping is not necessary for Florida or surrounding states. See rates below.

Add Expediting to order  (leaves our warehouse same or next day)   

We will ship your order same day if ordered by 10 am, or next day for an expedited service charge of $35 per order, providing the item is in stock. This rush charge is for expediting the framing of your print and same day order processing. It will be added to the shipping charges. Please call 888-940-9191 or email to insure the item is in stock. Personalized products excluded.

Damaged Merchandise

Framed prints are carefully packaged to prevent damage and insured. Very few are mishandled by our shipper. If, however, your print arrives in less than satisfactory condition, we will file a claim with our shipper and will reimburse you for the repair, or replace the item if it is beyond repair. Please save all packaging material for inspection, pick up and the return to us. Call 888-940-9191 or email us explaining any damage and we will take care of the problem promptly.
 
 

Stolen Package

We ship your item via FedEx, and FedEx takes a photo of your delivered item on your doorstep. If your package is stolen after it's been delivered, we cannot be held responsible. If you order a replacement, then we will ship out the replacement as soon as possible.  


Our Convenient Return Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund (less shipping), provided it is returned within 30 days after receipt and is received in new condition. All personalized and clearance purchases are final. To return a MyTeamPrints.com product, simply repack the item in its original packaging. Include your original packing slip, or if you don’t have a copy, include your name, address and email address. Tell us your preference for exchange or refund. We suggest you insure the item being returned as we are not responsible for damaged return products.
