University of Kentucky Wildcats Basketball Signed & Numbered Limited Edition of 500 Artist Hess has beautifully captured the greatest comeback victory in the history of the University of Kentucky in "The Comeback Cats." The Wildcats outlasted Utah 78-69 winning its second national championship in three years. The painting documents the drama and intensity of Jeff Sheppard's jump shot with 4:54 left that put Kentucky ahead for good, 65-64. The painting also features Head Coach Tubby Smith and senior leaders Cameron Mills and Allen Edwards. Each print includes a Certificate of Authenticity, and a Meaning of the Composition Description. *The remarque prints of Tubby Smith and Cameron Mills are positioned in openings in the bottom mat.
