Golf artist, Linda Hartough was commissioned to paint Augusta National Golf Club's spectacular 13th Hole, "Azalea," in 1984, thus launching her golf-landscape painting career. Since that time, she has painted many holes at Augusta National. Linda has become recognized as one of golf's leading artists, with such extraordinary and realistic attention to detail. Linda's approach to capturing a great golf hole is by spending a week or more at each course, taking photographs at different times of the day to capture all possible lights. She then figures out what is important or memorable in each view.
Prints are not available unframed. The print images on our website don't do justice to the actual finished piece that you will receive. Why? Because though the print images shown on our website are taken from the actual print or photo, the mat and frame shown around the image is an illustration created in Photoshop meant to represent the actual mat and frame.
