In every Auburn Family, the imagination of a young boy focuses on the pursuit of a dream to one day play college athletics at Auburn University. Hess' firelight scene opens the door to a time in young boy's life when the seeds of that dream are just beginning to blossom. "Auburn Dreams" features Hess' classic painting, "The Perfect Beginning," over the fireplace, commemorating Head Coach Terry Bowden's first season at Auburn.
Also featured in the framed images on the wall are Pat Sullivan and Terry Beasley, Coach 'Shug' Jordan, Toomer's Corner, Coach Pat Dye, Bo Jackson and Frank Sanders' 4th down catch for a touchdown in the 1993 Auburn-Alabama game. Auburn's Samford Hall is featured in the framed image on the table.
